This indicator relates to mobilisation of resources to implement poverty eradication measures. It has been developed from the target: "ensure significant mobilization of resources from a variety of sources, including through enhanced development cooperation, in order to provide adequate and predictable means for developing countries, in particular least developed countries, to implement programmes and policies to end poverty in all its dimensions" which is a component of the Global Goal for Sustainable Development: No Poverty. "World Leaders have committed to 17 Global Goals to achieve 3 extraordinary things in the next 15 years. End extreme poverty. Fight inequality & injustice. Fix climate change. The Global Goals for Sustainable Development could get these things done. In all countries. For all people." For more information on the Global Goals see: http://www.globalgoals.org/. This indicator has been developed from targets designed to measure progress towards Global Goal 1: No Poverty.
