Description

The survey uses questions with a 'Likert-type' scaling method (i.e. strongly agree to strongly disagree) to measure responses. It assesses 'grit', a character trait defined as a 'perseverance and passion for long-term goals'. It was initially designed for an academic study of the correlation between grit and various success outcomes for two test-groups (undergraduates and cadets). Respondents receive a 'grit' rating based on their responses.
