Feedback Commons pilot update

by Global Value Exchange

Sep 27, 2017

As many of you already know, the Global Value Exchange team has been working in collaboration with KeyStone Accountability to develop a link between myGVE and Feedback Commons. Users can map their project stakeholders, outcomes and indicators with myGVE, and then collect useful information via surveys using Feedback Commons.

We've been working with a small number of GVE users in a pilot, guiding them through each step of the process in return for feedback to help improve the features and usability of both platforms.

This feedback is already helping us, and earlier this month the Feedback Commons tool has been updated to allow users to add 10 user-defined questions to their social impact survey (up from 3).

Users have also made suggestions on how myGVE could be improved (e.g. with an automated spell-check or suggested metrics drawn from our browseGVE database). We've found this feedback very helpful, and we'll be passing on these suggestions to our web developers next time we make updates to the site.

Do you have any suggestions for how to improve the Global Value Exchange? Would you like to be a part of the pilot? Drop us an email and let us know!

You can find out more about the pilot here.
